Hi, I’m Sarah Childs!

Like many people, I grew up believing health was simply about eating less and exercising more. I never struggled with my weight, but I also wasn't taught what true health meant. Convenience foods, fast food, frozen meals, and highly processed ingredients were normal parts of everyday life.

As I became a wife, mother, and caregiver, I started asking questions. I began researching ingredients, learning about hormones, minerals, stress, movement, and how differently health can look from person to person. The more I learned, the more I realized that many of us are simply doing the best we can with the information we've been given.

My journey has not been perfect, and I am not a doctor or licensed healthcare professional. I am a woman who has spent years researching, learning through experience, and making changes one step at a time.

My goal is simple: to help make health feel less overwhelming and more approachable. Through wellness education, local living, and honest conversations, I hope to share the tools, resources, and lessons that have helped me along the way.

If you're here, you're already taking a step toward learning more about yourself and your health. And that's a beautiful place to begin.

xoxo,

Sarah

What I've Learned

  • Health is not one-size-fits-all.

  • Hormones, minerals, and nutrient deficiencies matter.

  • Stress affects the body more than most people realize.

  • Small changes repeated consistently create lasting results.

  • Local food, movement, sunlight, and community are often more powerful than we think.

  • Progress is better than perfection.
